Swapped Hearts with Withered Ones

This replaces all the swapped hearts with the withered ones and vice versa! You may be wondering "Well a random 1x1x1x1 fan, why would you need this?" To that, I say cause I can! And yes this applies to every version. well if it has hardcore, I may need to fix that soon. ANYWAYS! There are no dependencies, why would a resourcepack as simple as this need them? And incase you're wondering. YES, this works for hardcore too! I may or may not release similar versions that do the same with different heart variants
