[MTR4] Moszyan Railways Resources for MTR

Removed some resources that are in other packs, which included the Dutch PIDS from the World PIDS Pack for some reason.

Fixed the pack to include the new Metrocar door sounds

Changed version numbering to match original UCR releases. Adds a bunch of trains and sounds, and fixes some textures.
