Polyamory Pride Flag Hearts (5-Color Vertical)

Replaces the default Minecraft Hearts with a Polyamory Pride Flag Hearts (5-Color Vertical).

Includes hardcore, blinking, and half heart variants. Does not change heart types applied by status effects or the environment (Wither, Absorption, Freezing, etc.).
