Ghast2D

Pack changes vanilla ghast (not happy ghast) model to 2D version with textures by Mickey Joe.

Works in vanilla Minecraft, NO MODS like OptiFine requires! Uses internal shaders to make the Ghast appear two-dimensional, kind of like Doom's Cacodemons
