Enchantment Outline

Adds a purple highlight to enchanted tools as seen below:

This was inspired by Actions & stuff

Currently supported items:

-fishing rods (carrot on a stick & warped fungus on a stick)

-Flint and Steel

-helmets (turtle helmets)(ITEM FORM ONLY)

-chestplates (ITEM FORM ONLY)

-leggings (ITEM FORM ONLY)

-boots (ITEM FORM ONLY)

-enchanted books (and written books)

-Enchanted Golden Apples

-Lodestone compasses

-experience bottles (bottle o' enchanting)

-nether stars

-Maces

-Tridents (NOT WHEN THROWN)

-End Crystals

KINDA supported items -Armor when worn (use the latest file marked as a beta) THIS IS VERY BUGGY. IT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS
