Updated MC meta file to future 1.21.9 format and use pack overlays.
Should work on any game version even if red
Fixed second layer broken on 1.21.2 +
For version before 1.20.2 (ignore the message that says pack is made for older version. Should work on any game version with ETF/EMF)
