Bunny HUD

Hearts with bunny ears, carrot hunger bar, and more! Carrot hunger bar is compatible with appleskin. This will override most of your HUD, including hearts, hunger, air bubbles, and armor bar, so it is recommended to place this above any other HUD changing resource packs. If you have a specific version you want me to make a verson for, put something in the issue tracker and I'll make one at some point
