Attempts to simulate traditional string duper functionality in 1.21.2+ since it was patched.
May be a little bit jank since it's using a custom method to try to recreate it, please report any bugs on the issue tracker.
Also contains config options to modify the minimum and maximum amount one piece of string can drop when duped. By default, min: 1, max: 3.
