Features:
- Block rising (obviously, can be configured to whatever block you'd like!)

- World Freezing before a game starts (so the world doesn't go night time before a round even starts)
- Configurable everything! (All within an in-game GUI, /elevar settings)
- A height limit for both placed blocks and rising blocks!
- A safe margin so people don't stall out your games at unreachable lows!
- The ability to disable spectator chat! (Well, spectators can talk amongst each other but not to the alive players)
- Borders for limited areas that eventually shrink!
- Time length for separate game periods!
- Turn on and off damage types for the starter and second periods!
