The Rundown

Hello! This modpack is aimed to allow you to play the modern version of Minecraft with the Legacy Console Edition feel. With this modpack, you can find that the world generation is similar to earlier versions of this game, with nostalgic additions such as snowy deserts or the legacy nether.

This pack comes with Legacy4J, Voxy, LambDynamicLights, Legacy Mechanics and Nether, Moderner Beta, Ores Aren't Raw!, Sound Physics Remastered, and various optmization mods (mainly because of Voxy) along with smaller mods I felt were appropriate to include.

This pack also comes with a Voxy-Specific compatible version of Photon Shaders, (WHICH ARE ON BY DEFAULT) with settings optimized for my GTX 1660 TI. Feel free to change it or its settings. If you choose to add any that better fit you, they may not be compatible with Voxy, and thus, the LOD that Voxy provides will not render or will render broken. I'm not responsible for this. They are set to the same settings I set took the screenshots with!

I DO PLAN ON ADDING FRESH ANIMATIONS SUPPORT, BUT DUE TO RECENT CHANGES, IT IS BROKEN! PLEASE WAIT WITH ME!

The Specs

The recommended specs are my own specs which are the following:

AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2600 (CPU)

GTX 1660 TI (GPU)

A large SSD (As world sizes do become large)

16GB DDR4 RAM with 8GB allocated for Minecraft

Installation

Simply drag and drop the mrpack into your launcher of choice. (For me, I use Prism)

Issues and Thank You's

Please do note that Windows 10/11 may struggle with performance and memory allocation. I am on Linux Mint, so I do not experience these issues, and cannot help you if they do occur.
