Shaders - adds & updates/tweaked settings

• Updated BSL v8.2.09 to BSL Original v8.3 (but left old one in case of issues).
  

KNOWN ISSUES - trying to find long term solutions

• with animatica/More Mcmeta mod loaded, animations work for Warden & Iron Golem but specular and normals are off for these mobs only. Temp fix, removed animation mods, if you prefer to have the 2 x mob animations, add animatica/MoreMcMeta (whichever you chose to use)
• some shaders are not cutting out mossy overlay properly - use Shrimple, Photon or Gluon* (*only available from GitHub, it's a fork of Photon still in dev. Also has fix for non-hardcoded materials)
• Some hanging roots have planes rendered incorrectly, disable models pack or remove files as per instructions inside pack)
• Chests & double chests may be rendered incorrectly (mainly chests above base layer of chests, all shaders), disable models pack or remove all chest .jem files inside Optifine/CEM folder in models pack)
• biome specific colour tints not working for block.properties, hoping to include Polytone code to RP to fix this soon
