As per description, this is a relatively (not so) simple modpack for technical minecraft players, specificially focused on redstone.

General Features:

1. Usual optimizations mods (sodium, memory stuff, miscellaneous)
2. World Edit + Axiom (cool world manipulation mods)
3. G4mespeed + Carpet (tick manipulation and more)
4. Tick Visualizer, SubTick, BlockEventSeparator (for finer tick stuff and priorities)
5. Tweakeroo and Litematica (simply good)
6. Item Swapper and Isometric Renders (animation option unlocked)
7. Command Block IDE + NBT Autocomplete (for all your command stuff)
8. Zoom, Shaders, Keymap, Gamme Utils, e4mc, AuthMe (QOL stuff)

Full modlist can be found in version dependancies (since it gets placed there automatically), and is going to be different between each version due to some mods not being available on all versions.
