Wither Charging Fix - Minecraft Mod

Wither Charging Fix has been archived. Wither Charging Fix will not receive any further updates unless the author decides to unarchive the project.

Minecraft 1.8 has a bug (MC-57569) where the Wither will move around and attack while it charges up.

This fixes that by disabling the Wither's targeting AI while the Wither is charging.

This should replicate the Wither behavior from other Minecraft versions.
