Useful Fire Charges

This mod simply makes fire charges more useful by allowing you to throw them like a blaze or dispenser instead of them being a worse flint and steel.

Additionally I made it so you can upgrade them in a crafting table with blaze powder, (char)coal, 2 fire charges and enough gunpowder so they explode like a ghast fireball.
