You can craft an Unstable Timepiece with 4 echo shards and a nether star.

You can change your flow of time by using the item.

Fast Mode

• 🟢 +100% Move Speed
• 🟢 +50% Attack Speed
• 🔴 +50% Damage Taken
• 🔴 +50% Exhaustion
• ⚪ -50% Effect Duration

Slow Mode

• 🟢 -50% Damage Taken
• 🟢 +100% Jump Height
