Ported to 1.21. For colored lighting support, replaced Shimmer with https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/colorful-lighting as a soft dependency. Instead of blockstates the mod uses a standalone block and item for each dyed color.
Tested with forge and neoforge. Requires flib. Shimmer compat not yet added until they port
