The Years' Festival is a food, blocks, and quality of life mod.
Blocks
The mod adds 2 new block sets; Marble blocks (crafted from granite) and a new wood type called Cider Wood (obtained from trading).
The marble blocks have raw blocks, smooth blocks, and warm/cold tiles. Cider wood contains most of the usual blocks that a wood type would have excluding a few blocks.
It also adds a new decorative block called the Microphone, crafted with cobblestone, bars, and wool. As well as the Sparkblossom, a craftable, light-emitting plant!
Food
As for food, the mod adds plantable corn, that once matured, can be picked akin to sweet berries, two different types of popcorn, as well as 4 different types of candy (be careful though, it'll make you sick if you eat it above half hp!). It also includes 3 new ingredients for making the new Caramel Sauce, as well as 3 molds for the candy! Gelatin is also added, used to make the gummies!
Molds
The mod adds 3 molds you can use to make the different types of candy, each requiring a ring of 4 iron and a certain ingredient in the middle depending on the mold!
QoL Changes
The mod features several QoL changes.
Backported Lead Recipe
The mod adds both variations of the lead recipe (left and right) from 1.21.6.
Nametag Crafting Recipe
Aswell as the lead recipe, a crafting recipe for the name tag is added, requiring 2 paper and 3 string!
Gunpowder Crafting Recipe
The final recipe added is gunpowder, you can now make 2 gunpowder from 1 coal!
Achievements
The mod adds 3 achievements for you to find and obtain!
