Permission Fixes: The /spawn command is now accessible to all players, with permissions correctly set to ensure no restrictions, allowing everyone to use the command without issues.
New Command: The /togglespawn command allows admins to enable or disable the teleportation feature for all players, providing control over whether players can use the /spawn command.
Teleportation mod for 1.7.10. Includes a movement and damage check with a 15 second cooldown for balance.
