When a sign is attached to a powered noteblock, the game attempts to make a sound id out of the first three lines, and uses the last line as a delay, you can use -1 will play once and then won't play again until the power has been cycled, 0 will play every tick, 1 will wait a tick before playing... etc.

When a written book is attached to a item frame on a powered noteblock, the game attempts to make a sound id out of all of the pages, and uses the name of the written book as a delay, you can use -1 will play once and then won't play again until the power has been cycled, 0 will play every tick, 1 will wait a tick before playing... etc.
developed for 1.21.6, may or may not work in other versions.
