fixed an issue with empty items
fixed replanting on some particular mod crops logigng errors
- fixed wrong config value for newly added plant on dirt feature
- villagers can now place melons and pumpins
- note they still cant convert their drops into seeds or food
- melon and pumpkis will be placed in a checkerboard pattern.
