Ranutils

Ranutils is a Minecraft mod that adds random utility content to make gameplay more convenient, flexible, and enjoyable while still keeping the vanilla feel.

The mod focuses on useful additions that improve everyday Minecraft mechanics without completely changing the core gameplay.

Features

Paxels

Ranutils adds Paxels for the main vanilla tool tiers:

• Wooden Paxel
• Stone Paxel
• Golden Paxel
• Iron Paxel
• Diamond Paxel
• Netherite Paxel

A Paxel combines the functionality of multiple tools into one item:

• Axe functionality
• Pickaxe functionality
• Shovel functionality

This means Paxels can be used to mine many different block types without constantly switching between tools.

Paxels can also:

• Strip logs like an axe
• Create dirt paths like a shovel
• Turn suitable blocks into farmland while sneaking
• Be enchanted like normal tools
• Be repaired with their matching material

Infinite Fluid Sources

Ranutils also adds two infinite source blocks:

• Infinite Water Source
• Infinite Lava Source

These blocks provide an infinite supply of their matching fluid.

They can be used in two ways:

• Right-click with an empty bucket to fill it
• Connect compatible pipes or pumps to extract fluid automatically

This makes them useful for automation setups, technical builds, farms, and base utilities.

Recipes and Progression

The mod includes crafting recipes for the Paxels and infinite source blocks.

The Netherite Paxel is created through a smithing upgrade, using a Diamond Paxel as the base item.
