possibly fix compat issue with cc:tweaked when maxEnergy is 0
Upgrade to MC 1.20.4
Upgrade to MC 1.20.2. Make portal gun work with Gravity Changer. Add custom color support. Make portal to not break when touching with no-collision block (such as torch).
