A final backport for 1.16.5, a version which has run into its EOL for quite a long time.
Create is now configured to be mandatory for this version, as l'm tired to fetch another way to getcopper ingots, no mentioning there're some other utilities relying on Create.
So that's it, enjoy your 1.16.5 Origins life with Create :)
