Head on top of noteblock makes entity sounds instead of notes.
Supports More Mob Heads datapack from Vanilla Tweaks datapacks

Usage:

1. Place mob head on top of noteblock
2. Activate noteblock
3. You can change noteblocks note in order to change sound pitch
