Happens in the Magical Dimension. When the world is generating, some specific locations selected randomly are marked as rain of comets locations. This means once it happens, it won't happen again at the same place, and if it don't happen, it will never.

Can be found in the Overworld. The trees contain Ancient Branches needed to craft Ancient Wands.

The last dimension. The Dangerous Dragon will spawn there and beware of the Dangerous Witches ! You can find various obsidians, too.
