Lithostitched

• Added experimental support for structures to use environment attributes.
  • The client must have Lithostitched installed to use this.
• Added lithostitched:structure/reset_music boolean environment attribute. When added to a structure, the music will fade out when leaving/entering the structure.

Backport of crash fixes from later Lithostitched versions to 1.21.10.

• Patched crashing issues (primarily on Neoforge) due to Woodland Mansions.

• Made all climate fields in the replace_climate modifier optional.
• Actually registered Lithostitched's surface conditions on Neoforge.
