I Died, My Xp Didn't (IDMXD)

This mod makes so that the xp that players drop doesn't despawn and doesn't decay. All of your xp is dropped, not just 7 levels. The xp orbs can still burn in lava or get lost in the void though. This mod does not affect xp dropped by blocks or other mobs. I suggest using this mod in pair with I Died, My Items Didn't as a less cheaty alternative to grave mods.
