Fixed some issues with Item/Block cloaking:
- Now Blocks with MASK option in model will apply only the closest match
- Item names and descriptions will now display more correctly with MASK/DISGUISE
Added custom rarity system with lots of new parameters
- Added JSON driven registration for item cloaking
- Fixed some implementation issues
