Exploring the End to find an End Gateway can get annoying pretty fast.
End Compass adds a simple compass that points to the nearest End Gateway, so you don’t have to randomly bridge across islands anymore.
It doesn’t change progression.
It doesn’t add overpowered mechanics.
It just makes End exploration less frustrating.
🔧 Crafting Recipe
To craft the End Compass, you’ll need:
- 4× Popped Chorus Fruit
- 1× Compass
- 4× End Stone Bricks
Once crafted, it will point to the nearest End Gateway — but only while you're in the End.
💡 Why I made this
After spending way too long searching for gateways in survival, I wanted something that keeps the exploration aspect but removes the tedious part.
This mod is designed to feel vanilla-friendly — like something that could naturally exist in the game.
Lightweight. Simple. No config required.
