Dynamic FPS

• Fix background tasks not being shut down, causing the game to crash when quitting

Note: As Cloth Config is not available for 26.1 it's not possible to configure Dynamic FPS from within Minecraft. Once Cloth Config is available a new Dynamic FPS version will be published which will include this functionality as per usual.
