DougDoug MugMug ModMod

Adds the DougDoug MugMugs (MugMug, CowCow, MelonMelon, and BrickBrick) to Minecraft as rideable horse-like entities. Credit to Cameron7108 for making all of the MugMug models except for the brick. Also adds MugMug and BrickBrick trophy blocks.
