Added Display Notches to the Functional Blocks tab, next to item frames.
Added a tooltip with instructions to the Display Notch item, so there's ingame documentation.
Added Locked state (accessed using Tripwire Hook)
Added Phantom state and a config where you can change whether the automatic rotation needs a redstone signal or just a rightclick from a redstone torch.
