Death Journal
Death Journal is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that helps you keep track of where you died.
The mod saves your recent death locations locally and records useful details such as coordinates, dimension, and timestamp. You can browse saved entries in a simple in-game journal screen, quickly check your latest death through a small HUD panel, and use client-side commands for fast access.

Commands
