This mod is an add-on for Create, which completely overhauls the papermaking process in the game. It removes the paper recipes from the vanilla game and Farmer's Delight, returning papermaking to Create's industrial assembly line, and making the production of paper and cardboard more in line with Create's technological style.
Core Changes
- Remove Old Recipes: Delete the crafting methods of vanilla paper and Farmer's Delight paper; paper is now uniformly produced through Create's system.
- New Items
- Raw Paper: Create's pulp can be directly used to make raw paper, and cardboard is now crafted by pressing raw paper.
- Colored Paper: Obtained by dyeing paper.
- Oil Paper: Obtained by mixing with vegetable oil.
- New Machines:
- Pulper: Used to further process pulp into fine pulp, which is then utilized to make paper.
- Recipe Optimization: The cost of the original mixer recipe for producing pulp has been reduced, making mass production more accessible.
- Material Standardization: All production raw materials uniformly adopt two tags:
- Pulp Materials
- Alkaline (only vanilla bone meal for the time being)
- Cauldron Papermaking: Pulp combined with a papermaking frame enables manual papermaking, suitable for low-cost paper acquisition in the early game. It is also compatible with Farmer's Delight's pulp boiling process, supporting both agricultural and industrial routes.
Gameplay Highlights
- Adapted to Create's automated assembly lines, and can be linked with conveyors, mechanical arms, mixers, and other components.
- The papermaking process is more realistic and layered: Raw Materials → Pulp → Coarse Paper/Fine Pulp → Paper/Cardboard.
- Compatible with agricultural mods such as Farmer's Delight, giving plant fibers from farms more industrial applications.
