⚙ Create: Origins

Create: Origins provides integration for Origins through backtank capabilities and a new power.

Features

• Diving Helmets now allow Merlings (or any origin using the origins:water_breathing power) to breathe on land
• Diving Boots now restrict Merling (or any origin using the origins:swim_speed and origins:like_water powers) movement
• "Mechanical Sight" power (createorigins:goggles) that shows players the Goggles overlay without needing Goggles equipped
• Netherite Diving Gear bypasses origins:water_vulnerability via new createorigins:netherite_diving_gear entity condition
