disabled "safety" function for Open PC keybind packet handler. Seemed to be causing problems in certain situations due to other mods messing with the player profile's UUID. and it didn't really do anything anyway.

Removed logging from Curios compat
Added message when Box Link item is not required for the Keybind. Occurs when logging into a World for the first time in the session, or a Server for the first time after the most recent startup.
Added custom Icon for Box Link curio slot
removed Serverside logging when opening the PC with Keybind.
Box Link can no longer be opened from Keybind while in a Battle.
