Added all features of v2.3 to the missing versions.
Adds all biomes to the latest version
Adds new trees to all biomes, not just forests.
Reverts previous "fix" (the height thing was caused by the fancy oaks being normal oaks for some reason)
Backport to older versions. Also makes very tall oak trees less likely.
Added tall spruce trees.
