Applying this onto a survival world will remove any repair cost component in two instances:
- when being selected in an inventory (i.e. being dragged by the player cursor)
- when a player's inventory updates (detects items up to 255 in repair cost) Both of these combined will 100% prevent the "Too Expensive" message for ever potentially appearing, be that from using the anvil once or doing multiple repairs/enchanting on the anvil at once.
