Added randomly generating first and last names to each boss.
This is also easily configurable by editing the choose_first_name and choose_last_name functions.

One of the original versions of the datapack. Pretty sure it is for 1.15... 1.16.x broke it, not 100% sure when.
Completely rewrote the datapack to work in 1.20.5, utilizing the new scale attribute.
