⛏️Punishable - Trolling and Home Defence

About

This data pack adds many new traps to the game all with a guide on how to craft them in-game. These traps for any kind of defence or trolling! Fight a war and cover the trenches with Cheval de Frise, Prank your friends by shoving Automatic TNT In their Fireplace, Cover the grassy plains in bear traps. The Sky is the limit!

All of these traps are also cheap! Making them easy to obtain and use in survival mode against your friends, enemies, and anyone who happens to stumble upon that bear trap you forgot to remove.

Important

Hit L and open up the Punishable tab on your advancements menu to see all the recipes in the datapack

The Ratchet Spanner is required to pick up most of the traps in the datapack

Use command /function punish:give/all to get all the items in the datapack instantly

Most of the small traps can be placed under foliage and trapdoors, making them easy to hide

In Depth Explanations

Spike Trap

Triggers only when a mob steps over it, retracts when it steps off or dies. Does 1 heart of damage each hit, not fooled by items, no knockback

Toxic Spike Trap

Triggers only when a mob steps over it, retracts when it steps off or dies. Does 1 heart of damage each hit and gives poison 3 for 5 seconds, not fooled by items, no knockback

Nail Trap

Does half a heart of damage to any mob stepping on it each hit, no knockback

Toxic Nail Trap

Does half a heart of damage to any mob stepping on it each hit and gives Poison 2 for 5 seconds, no knockback

Bear Trap

Clamps onto the first mob that steps on it doing 12 damage and stopping them in place for 30 seconds. Must be reset by shift right clicking with a ratchet spanner. Cooldown of 1 second when it is placed and when it is reset by a spanner. Fooled by items but will have that item stuck inside of it until it is next reset.

Automatic TNT

Automatically Blows up upon being lit. Works like normal tnt other than that

Quicksand/Red Quicksand

Works like cobweb, sinking any entity is and slowing them down. Hard to break.

Flamethrower

Upon being lit by a redstone signal it fires a 5 block long line of flames burning any player or mob that steps infront of it. Only breakable with a wrench, not fooled by items

Cheval De Frise

Hurts any mob that walks into it, does 2.5 damage each hit. Does Knockback, can be broken by hitting it 5 times with any item.

Detector

Gives a redstone signal when any mob walks past it.

Landmine

Beeps and blows up when a mob stands on it. Blows after slightly less than half a second after being triggered. Not fooled by items (Planned to change)
