Changed metadata for the data pack and the resource pack. Sorry for not updating FoxPet for so long

Updated for 1.21.9/1.21.10.

I'm really sorry for the late update.

• Updated pack_format -> pack.mcmeta for 1.21.7

• Data pack: Using "Fox Treat" on a fox now makes another sound -> minecraft:entity.fox.bite
• Resource pack: Added an option to enable/disable new fox textures individually via ResPackOpts

• Updated pack.mcmeta -> pack_format
• Added an alternative item for "Honey Bottle" in crafting recipe for "Fox Treat" -> "Glow Berries"
