Added support for newer flan versions

• Updated to 1.21.1 for Cobblemon 1.6
• Requires Datapack!

Required for 1.2.0 onwards. Ensure you have datapack in place BEFORE updating.

• Updated to support Flan API changes from 1.10.0+

Important!

REQUIRES DATAPACK, make sure the datapack is in place BEFOR updating the mod. You will need to re-enable Pokemon Spawn and Display Case in claims as migration is not currently possible.

• Added DISPLAYCASE permission to disable display case interactions for Cobblemon 1.5
• Removed architectury dependency
