• Moved entries from non_treasure tag list directly to tag lists containing the non_treasure one and removed a few entries from the on_mob_spawn_equipment tag list to balance enchantments on mob equipment a bit more fairly

• Saddles, Harnesses, Wolf/Nautilus/Horse Armor now get the enchantable component added when in the players inventory - This allows for them to be used in an enchanting table.

  • now applies impulse in the strafe direction instead of applying speed effect
  • does a sound when strafing
  • now consumes durability when strafing
  • has now a cooldown of 2 seconds
