Fixing a few issues

• Fixed fence gate textures breaking in 1.20.2
• Fixed sprites in GUIs using vanilla textures in 1.20.2
• Fixed shadow in inventories being off center of player in 1.20.2
• Fixed hanging sign guis being outdated
• Added Enhanced Block Entities support for bells, beds and signs
• Fixed there not being a model for ceiling bells
• Tweaked bamboo fence and fence gate palette to have slightly less contrast
