Massive overhaul to the world generation of The End, The Alternate End, and the Nurealm; Surface heights ranging from 60 - 120 in the End and Alternate End, and 32 - 96 in the Nurealm.

Obsidian pillars on the Main Island have been made taller and slightly wider to account for this new change in world generation. 5/10 now also have an iron bar cage up top instead of just the shortest 2.
