ModWhen certain blocks such as crops or furnaces get out of simulation distance this mod will keep track of that so once the blocks get in again the mod will apply the changes it would have gotten if it never left the simulation distance.

Changed to using manifold preprocessor for supporting multiple versions.
Fixed cactus overriding blocks when growing.
Fixed cactus not destroying itself when growing next to a block.
Added missing option to disable cactus growth.
Separated toggle for disabling Kelp and Glow berries growth. The option growPlantStems will be removed.
