• Added a new config option to adjust the Fortune bonus for the Baking Mat.

• Expanded the placement options for Leaf Feasts, allowing them to be placed on more block types

• Fixed an issue where Leaf Feasts could not be placed on specific blocks.

• Create Milling & Mixing Recipes Updated to mc1.21.1 format
