Minor Fixes -Fix a issue with the jsons for block tags now allowing for tropicraft blocks to be used in vanilla crafting recipes

Update: Tropicraft will be updated to 1.17 soon, I have some issues with updating the entity models so please be patient or else Ill steal your knee.
