Fixed hardcore sleepmode not working properly
Finally made fatigue penalty decay tied to the penaltydecayrate and attribute instead of it being hardcoded.
Sorry for the multiple 1.6.12 versions. For some reason everytime I uploaded it, it didnt show up on the website.
