可以选择是否开启独立tooltip，默认关

修了一些bug，例如药水效果给予会有一瞬间中断，现在是锁定持续时间

优化重生药水，不再是清除药水再给予计算后的等级，而是ASM改药水等级字段

Fixed some bugs, such as potion effects being briefly interrupted when applied, now they are locked in duration

Optimize the Revive Potion, no longer clearing the potion and recalculating the level, but ASM modifying the potion's level field
